4. 사무실 대신에 → 사무실 대신으로 — the particle after 대신 depends on how it's used

대신 ("instead of") is usually followed by -에 when it modifies a following noun or clause directly (회의 대신에 이메일을 보냈다). But inside a quoted slogan functioning as a label — "[this hotel room], instead of an office" — 대신으로 reads as the more natural fixed phrasing native speakers use for that kind of promotional tagline.

English speakers might expect 도미토리 (a direct transliteration of "dormitory") to work the way it does in Japanese, but in Korean the native word 기숙사 ("dormitory, shared lodging") is what's actually used to describe this kind of multi-bed room layout. 도미토리 isn't wrong so much as unnatural — it's rarely how Koreans describe this concept.
